With his next release on the Subheadz label consisting of two tracks -'Streets of Rage' & 'Jungle Hunter, Potentz has put a fresh twist on the music that originally brought him into the world of music production and dj'ing, that music being jungle/Hardcore which he has listened to since he was 11.

Track 1 - Streets Of Rage
The First track 'Streets Of Rage' starts off with an old jungle break, then a filtered amen break and a few effective vocal samples that repeat as they moves into the tune.
On the breakdown you get a small snippet of some 80’s style synths but it is quickly back to the rolling punchy bass recipe from the drop. Streets of Rage is the perfect title for this tune as it has captured that retro jungle techno sound whilst still sounding fresh.

Track 2 - Jungle Hunter
Potentz opens with an oldskool sounding drum pattern for the intro which goes into a melodic break straight out of 1992.
Before you know it the beat drops with the force of a hammer.
A huge bassline absolutely takes over the soundscape as tingling drums play on top of it. Scattered edits and drum changes keep this one interesting as it moves along but the real star here is the angry bassline.
